The City Clerk's Office is the custodian of the official permanent records of the city, maintains and assembles City Council agendas and minutes, as well as serving as the center of information for the public. Additionally, our office provides support and administrative services to the mayor, City Council, and all city departments. Our goal is to serve the citizens and businesses of Idaho City in a thoughtful, professional, and accurate manner.
