Council
The City of Idaho City City Council acts as the legislative branch of our government, as well as its policy-making body. The Council looks to the city's goals, major projects and infrastructure improvements ranging from community growth to land use to finances and strategic planning. The Council's goal is to do the very best to represent their constituents after they've seen to the needs of the city as a whole.
Regular Meetings: The Mayor and City Council shall meet in regular session at the City Hall on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, such meetings to commence at the hour of six o'clock (6:00) P.M. During such regular sessions, the Mayor and Council may consider any and all business of the City properly brought before the Council. When a holiday recognized by the City falls on the second or fourth Wednesday, the regular meeting may be moved or canceled at the direction of the City Council. (Ord. 389, 10-23-2024)
