NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF IDAHO CITY
The City of Idaho City Planning and Zoning will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 511 Main Street, Idaho City, ID 83631. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear testimony on two proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance.
The first change is to add a new section with standards and regulations for Campgrounds, RV Parks, and RV Resorts.
The second matter is regarding the proposed zoning and land use matrix changes to Ordinance No 352, ZONING ORDINANCE OF IDAHO CITY,
Written comments may be submitted for consideration on one or more of the matters by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Members of the public may also provide testimony at the Public Hearing concerning any of the matters.
Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting must contact the office of the City Clerk at 208-392-4584 at least two (2) days prior to the Public Hearing.
